The Carroll Valley Citizens Association came together in 1973 to protect and promote the best interests of the residents of Carroll Valley and to strive for the improvement and betterment of all our facilities and services.

The CVCA no longer has any governmental role but we strive to build the overall community by encouraging civic actions and promoting community celebrations and social gatherings. The CVCA is responsible for many community activities such as the Spring Easter Easter Egg Hunt, Yard Sales, Golf Tournaments, the July 4th Celebration, Roadside Litter Collection, Monthly Social Gatherings, and more.

Accomplishing all this takes three precious things-- time, money and people. We invite the you to join the CVCA and support your community.
