Welcome to beautiful Carroll Valley PA (Pennsylvania) - where friendly, social residents typically know more people on their street and neighborhood, than they ever did living in other cities!

Carroll Valley PA is a very unique community. Born of a failed enterprise, the Carroll Valley Citizens Association (CVCA) became the first quasi-government, whose efforts ultimately resulted in the establishment of the Borough of Carroll Valley. Carroll Valley PA is unique because it is so young; most residences have been here less than 15 years and our community is known for its neighborly and friendly atmosphere.

The CVCA no longer has any governmental role, but we do strive to continue building the overall community, encouraging civic actions, promoting community celebration, and enhancing social gatherings. The CVCA has been responsible for such activities as the Spring Easter Easter Egg Hunt, the Yard Sales, Golf Tournaments, the July 4th Celebration, Roadside Litter Collection, Monthly Social Gatherings, and more.

Accomplishing all these things takes just three precious things-- time, money and people. We are fairly confident there are not more than 2 or 3 true hermits in Carroll Valley PA, so we invite the rest of you to join the CVCA and support your community with your time, talents and money.
